Buyout can mean different scenarios actually.

Buyout of the company completely or buyout of the SC asset completely.

Ever since CUU bought the Arizona property, I had a gut feeling they want to keep CUU running as an exploration company.

SC can easily be either back into the project and let Teck arrange financing/production while CUU focus on a new property.

OR

SC can be boughtout by Teck and CUU would receive either cash or shares from the sale of asset.
