If you remember well last PP they went for the public to invest and you know the rest. Not saying thats because EE did not believe in its investment, I would never say that, just mean that its EE or nothing.... unless we would go for a huge dillution given teck would walk and we would want to drill like hell and EE would not want to invest 30M and we'd go elsewhere to get that money at huge cost...
