Liddy, I applaud your determination to reach management but wouldn't we all be best seerved by letting them do their job rather than answering these inquiries? There is absolutely nothing he can say that will be "news". Asking him if he's still positive or opptimistic or something similar can only be answered with "I can't say anything other than we are still in discussions with Teck". No time lines, hints, innuendo or wink will be forthcoming. With billions on the line a "no comment" is all any of us can expect.

OMG, if it wasn't for people like Liddy bugging them I believe there would have been no recent news release. I believe the only reason they put out that last news release was because a lot of people reminded them of the 120 days and of the danger of Teck defaulting to CUU. CUU have a fiduciary duty to shareholders, no matter how big or small. By law they cannot just ignore us. If it wasn't for the determination of like-minded individuals no pressure would have been put on the company to release anything - so kudos to Liddy et al - even though it was just a morsel off EE's table. Keep up the pressure Liddy, and thank you. MTS
