Do we know EE is blacked out? He very well might be but that hasn't been reported by anyone (IIRC). We can't say he is blacked out.

Whether EE wants to put more money in or not, I don't think he has any choice if he wants to see his prior investments pay out. Except for his enviable acb, he is stuck like a lot of us till this thing plays out.
