Copper Fox may not proceed or continue with activity on the Schaft Creek project as currently planned."
Does this not mean there will be no drill plan?

From that statement it looks like Copper Fox might not be involved. The implication is that Teck will take over Schaft Creek entirely and then maybe leave us with a JV on the remaining claims. It could mean a buyout of all the BC claims but given how things have gone so far I'm expecting something more complicated. They seem to define the "Schaft Creek Project" as only those claims subject to the Agreement with Teck.

If Teck were taking all the BC claims then why did Copper Fox recently purchase claims? It doesn't make sense unless Teck is only taking SC.

It also doesn't leave us in a good position if Teck buys SC out and and CUU gives us all the money, because it won't be the full value including the rest of BC and Arizona. They either have to hold back some for further exploration, or negotiate some sort of royalty or a JV whereby Teck funds further exploration. So maybe we would get a healthy dividend for SC and then retained value in the shares for Arizona and BC. Then a share consolidation and further exploration.
