Our fiscal year end was last October but they are waiting until August for the AGM? Does anyone else think something sounds wrong with this?

This sounds strange. It shouldn't be scheduled that late. My guess is if she said July; and then no news is out in 3 weeks. There would be a big uproar. Cathy is providing herself some wiggle room, estimating that some this material will be announced prior to August.

CUU does not issue NR's, it only issues Surprises. Too bad that most of them in the past 2 years have been more delay announcements.
