I believe there are regulations that stipulate the AGM has to be held within 180 days of the company's yearend (I think it's the BC Securities Act). To have the AGM that late is unusual, lets hope they have something really good to announce by then! (Someone more knowledgeable feel free to correct me on this.) JMO GLTA!
