I am sure they are very well aware of the regulations they fall under. To start telling them how to do their jobs is not required. Thats why public companies have elections. We, as shareholders, elect the directors and they manage the company

All I am getting at is ...we know how this works too....hehehe as for elections..ha, Ernesto owns most of the company.....beside who would we vote for.??
