It's amazing how you think everything is a conspiracy Foxy. Sometimes what people say is what people mean. Not everyone has a hidden agenda. Sometimes people are upset with the investment because the investment has been upsetting - not because they want more. Your story makes no sense, if they were afraid of buying too much and pushing up the share price...well they've really succeeded over the past 2 years. What harm would pushing it up a few cents do at this point if they really wanted millions of shares? Probably none.
