RT, although this has been discussed and debated already several times both here and elsewhere, the other side of the coin is still, 'Why would CUU do any of that if they agreed with Teck up front that any status NR could result in risk of the market moving the price prior to the conclusion of their discussions/negotiations and therefore jeopardize a successful outcome for both parties'? Obviously, Teck and CUU and their lawyers disagree with you and others who want full disclosure or step-by-step updates. Sorry.

Well, with no NR or should I say very little information of a NR. The SP has moved------down.
It is very possible that Teck does not want CUU to put out any NR that would get Teck into a bidding war with anyone...after all Teck must approve all NR`s.
