I agree this is due to the retirement. However, they could have hired anyone for the job.... and they chose the person who may know more about CUU than anyone else in Teck. That's the CUU bonus. Also if you were in "direct discussions" with CUU, who else would you want going forward to manage this big change if you were Teck?
