Golf, I think we have either a done deal or at least approaching one soon. Obviously, these are big changes at Teck and they would want people who are intimately connected to critical projects (such as CUU) to be in charge of leading it. Big shake ups at the top only occur when the company is changing their focus/direction.

But then again I could be wrong. However, my hunch is they see the benefits of focusing on long term copper, with Dale being given the promotion.
