Mes....read on....the end of page 6, top of page 7 of the Salazar Agreement further states....

"If Teck Cominco does not give any notice as aforesaid, then any report that satisfies 5.5 (b) (ii) will be considered a Positive Bankable Feasibility Study"

....there was no notice so we are Bankable
