As always, there is both a positive and negative takeaway from this. The positive takeaway is that it looks like our $200M capex estimate is reasonably accurate ($200M / 89km = $2.2M per km versus NTL cost of $736M / 344 km = $2.1M per km).

The negative takeaway is that this proves that the remoteness of the area poses big budgetary challenges.
