I doubt there will be any news regarding CUU discussions, since everything has been vault tight. Evidence of that is the lack of volume for CUU trades. However, hopefully there are some hints about going forward in the near term, specifically what they choose to do with their cash. Apart from the 3.53% outstanding shares buyback they announced recently :
