GOLF,

I agree, that a lower value could be negotiated with EE considering the potential of Teck shares to increase in value and it being a tax efficient buyout. Basically, like you said: Offer CUU 30% fewer Teck shares from current prices. Then Teck spends even less money on a Buyout. And CUU shareholders have the flexibility of choosing when to sell.
