If I recall... 5XX burrard st addresses are mostly the Bentall Tower complex. Although Vancouver is a large city with many sky rise towers, that one block in particular is the financial headquarters for many companies. 550 Burrard specifically is the Bentall 5 tower. They boast close to two million square feet of leasable space

RBC has their head office branch less than 1/2 block away. Wolverton Securities is there (or used to be there back in the day). Many many other companies are there.

I would love for there to be a correlation there, but I don't think we can base it purely on the address. Anyone who's anyone is there, or they are as close to being there as they can afford.
