Based on the discussion, I think Teck could take a few more months or call tmrw and make a deal.

Glad we've narrowed the timeframe down to sometime in the future. Sorry for the sarcasm, but we really haven't learned too much outside that they now admit we're outside the 120 days. Deadlines are not our strong suit...
