One of the big items on the balance sheet is a Mineral Exploration Tax Credit of $4.3M. It's my understanding that the tax credit gets filed with the year end financial data. Our year end financial data was dated Feb 14. Are there any accountants that have an idea how long it will be before Copper Fox receives this tax credit in cash?

The reason I ask is because our financials look pretty bad without it. Our cash must be getting very low and if there is a "blackout" then we can't really raise any money. I would hate to see Elmer start paying bills with shares as he does with BXX.
