The Financial Statements say that the credit is paid in cash:

At April 30, 2013, the Company has recorded $4,332,365 (April 30, 2012 – Nil) for Mineral Exploration Tax Credit claims which have been recorded as a reduction of exploration and evaluation expenditures. This credit is paid in cash and is recorded as a current receivable on the Company’s statement of financial position.
