I'm under water too. But if the 120 days did not "exist", why would they sent out a news release on June the 5th when that 120 days are up? IMO, I think Salazar and the 120 days agreement is still there. They could always annouce that they are still under negotations today if they don't care about the 120 days.

IMO, it's is FAR more important to let Teck fully understand this project and actually have SC move into production ASAP. Creating that certainty that SC WILL become a mine is worth a whole lot more than the 120 days and forcing Teck do act.
