Well I for one am glad for this new release. It affirms the commitment to getting the deal done.

I imagine now Elmer can proceed with selling the other 25% I dont believe there is any option for Teck anymore (ie: First Right of Refusal) on that piece, nor do I believe there is any limits imposed by Teck on our ability to sell it.
