Good News

1. Teck backed in - having an experienced project developer on our side is a huge asset

2. We get an immediate cash payment. This will limit dilution.

3. We get a bigger portion of the Liard shares?

Bad News

1. It looks like we lost the negotiation game. The old agreement required Teck to spend $340M before they earned their 75%. Now they earn their 75% just by paying Copper Fox $24M.

2. We gave away all the surrounding claims in the agreement.
