Mike told me ages ago that the feasibility would be improved by Teck up to around 40% because of their economies of scale and as an example he said they would already have trucks on order as a matter of course. They would also get a better deal by ordering in larger numbers.

Would Teck figure they have two drilling seasons left before the EA is approved and they are in a position to make that production decision? They're not going to make that decision now regardless.
