It just concerns me a bit WHY this is in there. Seems petty to have it there after getting such a good deal, but it is there none the less and they must have had a reason to negotiate it.

The anti-mothball clause in Salazar at least gave us everything (100% of lands and Tecks share of the Liard if Teck didnt play ball). We seem to be unprotected - no anti-mothball clause any longer. Maybe there still is one and Elmer can clarify tomorrow.
