Copper fox no longer owns any claims in BC per Prospekt's post. We have 25% stake in the former claims and the project going forward.

From my first read of the new JV agreement, we have a good position as we let Teck build the mine and the JV appears to have clear mechanisms should CUU want to sell all or part of its stake.
