I for one find it difficult to find much good in all this. It appears we are 100% at Teck's mercy.They will drill and make a decision based on economics while we wait. This could take 2 or 3 years. In the meantime this is dead money. I just don't see anything happening soon. It could be a step in the right direction. I am probably wrong but in my mind we would have been better off going to the wall with the old agreement.
