Johnny, so Vette is suggesting to "take advantage of current market conditions" and buy more based on money to be spent on yet another property?

No. I'm saying that CUU will take advantage of some of the desperation out there using their $25 million. Their money came at a good time, time to get some great deals, cheap.

Teck will be spending money on Schaft anyway.
