Insiders own over 65%. They've done their home work, comparables and they know the deposit. They'll decide. So you ask them, what's your price.

I have tried and each time you ask directly they will not say.

But in some on/off topic conversations you can get some slips. I've noted 1.5 & 1.75 Billion

The latest being the most recent.

Now does this involve the extension of the Paramount zone to the East and North. I don't know. But it gives you a pretty good idea.
