* Proved District Potential, and kept 25% of it (Discovery zone, Titan, Mira), CHECK

* Got the world class operator, CHECK

* Got the operator to pay for everything, even fund the mine, no dilution to CUU. CHECK

* Secured other projects to work on, CHECK

* Got the ROFO clause in so that we can now be approached without anybody going through Teck., CHECK
