The new deal does change the payout structure - sure we get cash in the bank now, but that wouldn't matter if Arizona wasn't there or we actually got what we were looking for.

I invested in what management said. BFS would be completed by X. 2 years later... Several things in the Salazar agreement ... most of that gone for a new agreement, most important of which leaves out a timeframe. Negative cost of copper ... well we're still positive NPV, but they put that up from BMO when they knew it wasn't accurate.

Again, we have a lot of positives (Still positive NPV, great political and environmental concerns, financed to production, no dilution etc.) - and I expected things to go wrong, just not to the extent that it has. The most important thing being a timeframe. Risk was mitigated with a timeframe. It's now the same as any other junior without that timeframe - just waiting to be bought by someone bigger in a bad market climate. Granted, we're a top tier buy for a major - but we don't have the REAL risk mitigation that was in a timeframe.
