So who will release the drill results?

I'm confused, we're doing the drilling but Teck is paying so do we release the results or does Teck or do we need approval or what?

My next question is if the results are what we expect do we then go to Teck with the ROFO or do we need another Feasibility Study done before going with the ROFO?

Obviously Teck couldn't sell the EE price to its shareholders, so are the drill results enough for them or is a new FS required?
