I really hope what is going on with CUU...as in drilling and proving up more is not Elmers Plan "B"?

Dodger, plan be was if Teck walked, CUU would have to pay for the drilling etc.

Teck didn't walk, they're paying, CUU's cashed up AND in the ''buyout zone'' with a ROFO while Teck doubles our value shortly.

Read the agreement, CUU negotiated that they also put out the results. Before this CUU had to send a NR for approval to Teck. Now Teck has to send the NR's to CUU 3 days before sending out the NR and CUU will also send out their NR to their shareholders.
