CUU didn't move on news back then, it didn't move on any catalyst. It just moved,

It moved on unbridaled optimism, along with the rest of the market.

Those are Elmer comments on a Teck back in webcast that Teck was surely listening to.

To be honest, I've asked and never got a clear response - I'm not exactly sure why we're not making an offer now anyway? If they say no, that doesn't preclude them from still buying us at a later time (say after drill results, or when a RE is done or further economic analyses). If they say yes, great - we're out and we get our liquidity event.
