weird trading and level 2

Some unusual volume and a move up today. I had put in an order this morning for some shares at 49 cents and dropped an F-bomb when I went on this afternoon and had seen the stock recover to 57 cents. Excuse the formatting for the level 2 quotes below.

Volume is nearing 500,000 shares.
