"Why is it always so positive when they purchase, but not negative when we see a sell. The spinning is getting me dizzy."
Everyone gets excited when insiders buy since this suggests that the people who know something, the insides, are optimistic about the futre of the company. There are very few other reason why an insider would be buying other than an expecation of more profits ahead. But, I am sure that there are some folks here who will come up with something more nefarious, they always do.
Why insiders sell is more complicated and has many possibilities, some nasty to your pocket some not so much. The advise of many folks who know a lot more about markets then me is to be careful how we interpret insider selling.
With the current buying and selling volumes by the CUU insider I don't get excited either way, it is what it is.
