If we were listed on the TSX we would have to host our AGM within 6 months of our fiscal year end. That would mean an AGM before April 30. As a member of the TSX Venture it looks like there are no requirements for the timeframe on the AGM. It would still be nice for them to strive for the standards of the TSX though.
