As 3putt1 pointed out, DM has indeed bought some shares recently, on several occasions. But, given the circumstances of his connection with Copper Fox, can he really be considered an insider? More like everyone here, I'd say; just a retail investor with little idea of what is going on but with, perhaps, a clearer perspective than most. But it does touch on your last question, given that there have been no 'real' insider transactions:
