Message: Right of first offer

I recall statements to the effect that our negotiated 'right of first offer', is a bonus to CUU and is not a common item for juniors to have in agreements with majors.

I've read (hohum) the clause in Sedar, and while I can see it being beneficial for CUU; I can only see the merit if Teck collectively realizes strong drill results, EA, and espicially if Teck ever makes a production decision. Though I suppose all it would really take is for EE to say he wants out, and tells CUU mgmt to find a suitor.

So can anyone clarify for me if this 'right of first offer' is in fact, fairly unique for a junior - I realize CUU mgmt has stated as such, but......

thanks in advance
