I have to agree.
When you look at whether management is good - you look at what could have been done, what should have been done (keeping in mind retrospect) and what your expectations were.
To be honest, although nothing terrible has happened with management - they haven't met my own expectations nor do I think they've done the best that could have been done. They've done "okay".
I do think new management wouldn't be such a bad thing at this point, and realistically just cutting some people to begin with wouldn't be such a bad thing - why have so many people for Arizona since we only really need 2 people for the board on SC.
Spending 10M on share buybacks and cutting down on management will decrease our burn rate on expenses and create real value and help shareholders with liquidity and when we are bought out help with the number of shares outstanding. I would much rather have CUU2 buy properties with real liquidity money to spin off (and dividend the rest) then spend it on salaries and properties now.
