Thanks, Brad. I agree that it's nice to see the positive response. I felt this same way when we announced the new JV with TCK. I am long and supportive investor of CUU. I do, however, feel there may be some trading forces at work manipulating the stock to make a buck here and there.

I am cautiously optimistic and am hopeful for some sustained, incremental growth leading up to a buy out of our Schaft Creek interests.

What I would really love to see is if everyone one of us (retail and big insiders) reinvest this return of capital back into purchasing shares. That might have a nice favourable impact on our share price. I know that I will be reinvesting mine!
