Looks like more trouble in Chile. On two fronts:

1. More strikes and unrest with workers

Remember, Teck Executives said during the last conference call that they would be making a decision on QB2 within the next 2-4 weeks. They may have already made that decision. If they place QB2 on the back burner, SC moves up on the priority list immediately!
