Don't see it as a bad thing. They all exercised their options. A guy like Shane Uren for example, had to exercise 400,000 options = $180,000.
They're not all rich like Ernesto.
Also a tax thing related to exercising options. They're taxed on exercised options regardless if the options are sold or not.
