I realize this is much higher than the SP, but couldn't one also see this as them not seeing a buyout in the real near future of more than $1.25? If it is what everyone is hoping, that the buyout is "soon" and will be a good payout, why would EE not grab a bunch more....wouldn't this also move our SP to this range given that an insider is so confident that $1.25 is a good buy? Not being pessimistic, just want the opinion of people from this side of the coin. We all know had he taken these options, we would all be on here pretty ecstatic.
