as we wait for drill results.. posters have asked why insiders aren't using the div. to buy shares. IMO it's the wrong time to do that. Cuu is like a truck sitting in idle. it doesn't know if it's going in forward or reverse.. if the first drilling result is positive, it will generate interest that should result in positive momentum. then insider buying will reinforce the momentum and up it will go. if the drilling results provide a string of good news, we'll have a good run.
10,000 meters = 12-14 cores at 700-800 m each. that, hopefully, will provide the news we need, spread over a month or two, to attain a higher price.
It's possible, after 6 mos. of negotiating, that the plan is, if the current drilling and the investors, will support the price to $1.50-2.00 then Teck will pay the normal 60% premium, (high end of the range ), and EE will accept the BO.. I try to be conservative, insert your own figures there. good drilling results will allow Teck to justify our price to their own shareholders, and look really clever by getting the first 75% for 20 million.
Final thought.. some posters wonder why Desert Fox hasn't been spun off. it's simple economics, two companys = two listing fees and GMs and Cedar filings and all for nothing. Copper Fox will be bought and Desert Fox will spin off then....my thoughts.......chunky
