Hate, to disagree CT, but I recall talking to a P. Geologist one time and he told me drill rigs can do about 40M/day on average conditions and thru average rock hardness. So one drill rig can do 30*40 = 1200 M in a month. At that rate 4 rigs will do 10,000M in a little over 2 months. This corresponds to how long Elmer told me it would take. They should be finished by mid - late October leaving time for a follow up phase 2 if they want.
