Re CG comment: I'm getting ready to bail.

I don't understand what makes you want to bail at this time? Just because the hub leaders are not posting? We all know since late July that the next step of our journey is for Tech to do drilling on the East side of the pit. Nothing has materially changed since that day. I can understand if you had wanted to bail after the JV was announced. But what wait 2 months and then do it?
