David has chosen not to stand for re-election to the Board.

The Information Circular gives a very informative summary of our share structure and option/incentive plan. I personally hope all the option holders choose to exercise their options within the next 6-12 months because of a change in control at a very nice premium, especially the $1.69 ones.
