Another reason he might be leaving the Board is similar to the reason Ned Goodman left the Woulfe board earlier this year. Perhaps he wants his firm to be able to be able to provide M+A services for CUU and be paid, which would be difficult if he were on the BOD. Goodman left the Wolfe BOD because his firm might become involved in mine financing in competition with IMC and a Korean Bank. He recently returned after taking a small PP. Rip
