AGM Questions:

1. Where exactly are all the drill holes going in?

2. How long have the drills been turning?

3. How much longer till the Phase 1 drilling plan ends?

4. When could a Phase 2 drilling plan be finalized, will there be a Phase 2?

5. When will the EA be submitted? What is the progress on the EA? Will there be a revised EA submitted pending drill results?

6. Has any major approached CUU since the JV announcement?

7. Has CUU approached any company since the JV announcement regarding a buyout?

8. Has CUU been in contact with any Commodities analysts, if not why not?

9. What is the development plan in Arizona?

10. Will there be drilling in Arizona this Winter or further acquisitions? Which first?
